If approved, we will keep your device and pay off your existing contract before you purchase a new handset device plan. The Bolt On will also be removed automatically if your existing device plan is paid in full (whether early or otherwise), or if you transfer your existing tariff from a Plus Plan to a Custom Plan.Įligible customers may swap their existing handset device (tablets, watches etc are excluded) at any time during their contract, subject to us reviewing the condition of the device and account status as well as approving the request. If the Bolt On is cancelled at any other time, it will be removed with immediate effect and any billing in advance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis on your next airtime bill. If the Bolt On is cancelled in the first 14 days, we will remove it with immediate effect and refund you in full. Custom Plan customers may cancel the Bolt On at any point during the term of their contract.
